Alumax International started with a simple observation: aluminium extrusion plants across India were struggling to source consistent, authentic, technically correct consumables for their run-out tables. Counterfeit products with mismatched temperature ratings were causing premature failures, surface defects, and costly downtime.
We set out to fix that — building a product range engineered specifically for each temperature zone of the extrusion process, every roller bore guaranteed authentic, every belt seamless and built to the dimensions plants actually needed. As we worked closer with plants, it became clear that the extrusion line was only one part of the picture — the press itself and the melting furnace feeding it needed the same level of reliable, technically correct supply.
Today, Alumax International is headquartered in New Delhi with a pan-India delivery network, supplying three complete product categories: extrusion line products (PBO/Kevlar/Nomex rollers, seamless conveyor belts, felt pads and spacer sleeves), extrusion press consumables (hydraulic pumps, valves, graphite plates, thermocouples) and aluminium melting furnace products (cover flux, degasser, master alloys, ceramic filters and refractory insulation) — to over 500 plants and allied industries.
What hasn't changed is our approach: understand the stage of the process, recommend the right product, manufacture or source to spec, and stand behind the product with real technical support.
